2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the HUST application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Nature of Services
HUST is a non-custodial wallet. This means:
You retain full control of your private keys at all times
HUST does not hold, store, or manage your funds
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys
Transactions are irreversible and executed directly on the blockchain
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use HUST. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are not located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency services are prohibited.
5. Identity Verification (KYC)
To access certain features of the HUST application, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC). You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during this process.

You agree not to use HUST for any illegal activities including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations.

HUST is provided "as is" without any warranties. Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risks. HUST CAPITAL LLC is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from the use of our application.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HUST CAPITAL LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
